Adager does not recognize this machine's HPSUSAN
Adager is licensed for specific computers. Each HP e3000 in the world is identified by means of a unique HPSUSAN number.

If you have loaded Adager on a computer with an HPSUSAN number which is not known to Adager, you will receive the appropriate message.

Please email the HPSUSAN numbers corresponding to all of your Adager-licensed computers to

If you need to add new HP e3000 computers to your list of Adager-licensed machines, please indicate this in your message. Adager offers a very generous discount for your additional computers

As soon as we verify the Adager licensing status of your hardware, we will send you an email with your unlocking key.
